Nicole Levison
Biography
Award-winning writer Nicole Levison resides in San Francisco where she can indulge her passions—music and writing. In a past life, she served time as a radio host. Nowadays, she fronts the band, ZONK, is cofounder of a Bay Area women’s writing group, and has her own impersonator. She’s running a production company with her beloved musician husband with whom she welcomed her first child, a son, in October 2005. Nicole is published in many forms: songs, poems, press releases, and Web copy. She has also served as a ghostwriter for a book communicating that a woman in a wheelchair is as sexually viable as any able-bodied person.

Her caregiving experiences have included temporary care of her great-grandparents, a friend fighting cancer, and a family member suffering depression.
