Biography
Vicki Rackner MD, board-certified surgeon and founder of The Caregiver Club, works with caregivers who want to avoid burn-out, speak up with their doctors and stretch health care dollars. She's been on all sides of the caregiver triad: the treating doctor, the patient facing a life-threatening episode and the family caregiver. Dr. Rackner is a noted expert on the doctor-patient relationship regularly quoted in national publications like The Wall Street Journal, Reader's Digest and CNN.com, to name a few.
