Family Caregiver Alliance
Since 1977, Family Caregiver Alliance has been a public voice for caregivers. Its pioneering programs—information, education, services, research, and advocacy—support and sustain the important work of families and friends caring for loved ones with chronic disabling health conditions. One of the largest and oldest organizations in the United States devoted solely to caregivers, FCA and its National Center on Caregiving offer programs at local, state, and national levels. Contact FCA for information about caregiver resources in your area. www.caregiver.org
FCA is pleased to announce the addition of new and updated data in its on-line resource, "Caregiving Across the States."
State profiles contain the state's background characteristics related to caregiving and aging, as well as information on publicly-funded caregiver support programs. You'll find the updated data in the "Selected State Background Characteristics" sections of the State Profiles. |
